In the past most incidents in the forest could be treated with basic first aid, and there have been no serious accidents with staff and volunteers who work in the forest on a regular basis. However, safety is our primary concern, and we spare no effort to provide the highest quality experience possible. Therefore, emergency transport in the event of sickness or injury is prepared and ready at all times, according to the following steps:

P_Y 1. Give all necessary first aid before attempting to move the victim.
Do everything to reduce pain and to make the patient comfortable.

P_Y 2. Move to the emergency vehicle.
Gently walk or carry the victim by stretcher from the forest, depending on the situation and condition. This forest is a small area so it does not take a long time to reach the vehicle at the Park Station or the forest border transfer point.

P_Y 3. Transfer to the treatment site.
The island of Phuket offers many hospitals, including both international and government-run. In the event of an emergency, hospitals offering 24-hour emergency medical services are located just 20 to 45 minutes away from the Park. We always have a vehicle on site in case emergency transport is necessary and hospital ambulance services are available if needed.

We would like to make your visit to our Park as pleasant and safe as possible. To facilitate and provide both Thai and international visitors with security in the Park, we have been collaborating with local rescue organisations such as Phuket Tourist Police, Navy Rescue Operations Centre, Department of Disaster Prevention and Mitigation, Internal Security Operations Command and Pa khlock Sub-district Administration Organization.
